To request a repeat prescription, please complete the form below. In line with Irish veterinary regulations, all requests are subject to clinical review to ensure your pet remains under our ‘Appropriate Care.’
Processing Time: Please allow a minimum of 48 working hours for our veterinary team to review and process your request.
Collection: Once approved, orders are available for collection after 11 AM, unless otherwise advised by our team.
Clinical Assessment: If your pet has not been examined recently, a consultation may be required before we can safely dispense further medication.
New Clients: We can only process requests for patients already registered and previously seen by our veterinarians. If you are a new client, please call us directly on 024 82500.
